What is Target’s Return Policy?

Most not opened product sold by Target in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or replacement. Some product marketed by Target have a changed return policy written on the receipt, Target policy board (refund exceptions), packing slip, Target.com or in the item department. products that are opened or broken or do not have a receipt may be rejected a refund or replacement.

➤ If you are not happy with any Target Owned Brand item, return it within one year with a receipt for an exchange or a return.

Video games software, Open music, and movies cannot be returned but may be changed at the store for the same title, for the same or different gaming platform.

Open airbeds cannot be replaced but may be changed for a related item.

Open or broken collectibles (Like porcelain dolls, action figures, die-cast cars, sports cards, and special edition Barbie dolls, ) cannot be returned.

All electronics and entertainment product must be returned within 30 days for a return or replacement. 

NOTE: For these products bought between 11/1 – 12/25, the 30-day return period will start on 12/26. 

Drones must be returned within 14 days for a return or replacement. For these items purchased between 11/1 – 12/25, the 14-day refund period will start on 12/26.

➤ Holiday items and limited-time-only collections may have modified return policies.

Target stores cannot hold international returns or exchanges, including international returns and exchanges of online purchases.

Target REDcard℠ debit and credit card holders will receive an extra 30 days to return approximately all items bought with their REDcard at Target and Target.com. See Target.com/REDcard for full details and exclusions.

Receipts for Target.com purchases can be obtained and printed from your Target.com account.
